cut out starches/carbs as much as possible
ex: breads, pastas, chips, and such.
drink LOTS of water and take those B vitamins
Protein, fills you up. And fiber helps process that.
Avoid salt/preservatives, or you’ll retain that water. Also avoid soda!
Fruits and veggies, get that fiber on!
Don’t eat after 8pm, if possible ;) You can’t burn it when you’re asleep!
Garlic is good for cutting back yeast.
DO NOT cut back on how much/frequent you eat, it’ll kill your metabolism and your body will start conserving fat!
If I plan on drinking that night/day, I avoid carbs ENTIRELY.
Also I take Niacin (viatmin B3, told you ‘bout those Bs!)
Niacin will up your metabolism. Word of warning, start with less and work your way up. Your body will get used to it over time, just start with 250mg or something like that. You may (most likely) experience a burning sensation all over, and will flush. Don’t be surprised if you feel an intense itching sensation, it shouldn’t last more than 30-45 minutes. Once you’re body is used to it, it’ll be less intense. I’m at two 500mg twice a day.
